Our tacos al vapor de cabeza y lengua are slow-steamed to perfection with authentic flavor in every bite. The cabeza is tender, juicy, and full of savory flavor, while the lengua is buttery-soft with a smooth texture that melts in your mouth. Served on warm steamed tortillas and topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and your choice of salsa.
Quesabirrias de Res
Our quesabirrias de res are packed with slow-braised beef cooked in rich spices and melted cheese inside crispy grilled tortillas. Our traditional menudo is slow-cooked for hours with tender beef tripe in a rich, flavorful red chile broth seasoned with authentic spices and homestyle flavor. Served hot with fresh onions, cilantro, lime, and warm tortillas on the side, it’s the perfect comforting dish to start your weekend. Available only on Saturdays and Sundays only.
Plato de Carne Asada
Our carne asada plate features tender, perfectly grilled steak seasoned with flavorful Mexican spices and served with fresh lettuce and pico de gallo on top. Each plate comes with traditional rice, beans, and 5 warm corn tortillas on the side, creating a delicious and authentic Mexican favorite.
Enchiladas Suizas
Our enchiladas suizas are made with lightly fried corn tortillas filled with your choice of chicken or cheese, topped with your choice of homemade green or red salsa, both mild and flavorful. Served with rice, beans, and a fresh side salad of lettuce and pico de gallo drizzled with sour cream for the perfect balance of savory and fresh flavors.
