Tacos al Vapor (Cabeza or Lengua)

Our tacos al vapor de cabeza y lengua are slow-steamed to perfection with authentic flavor in every bite. The cabeza is tender, juicy, and full of savory flavor, while the lengua is buttery-soft with a smooth texture that melts in your mouth. Served on warm steamed tortillas and topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and your choice of salsa.

Quesabirrias de Res 

Our quesabirrias de res are packed with slow-braised beef cooked in rich spices and melted cheese inside crispy grilled tortillas. Each quesabirria is golden and crunchy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside, and served with a side of warm consommé for dipping. Topped with fresh cilantro, onions, and lime, it’s the perfect combination of cheesy, savory, and authentic birria flavor.

Enchiladas Michoacanas

Our enchiladas michoacanas are made with lightly fried corn tortillas dipped in our flavorful homemade red sauce and topped with fresh cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, carrots, and queso cotija for the perfect balance of fresh and savory flavors. This traditional Michoacán-style dish is served with your choice of chicken, bistec, or cecina on the side, making every plate a true authentic Mexican favorite.

Menudo 

Our traditional menudo is slow-cooked for hours with tender beef tripe in a rich, flavorful red chile broth seasoned with authentic spices and homestyle flavor. Served hot with fresh onions, cilantro, lime, and warm tortillas on the side, it’s the perfect comforting dish to start your weekend. Available only on Saturdays and Sundays only.
